A. Handmade & Made-to-Order Products

• All items are made-to-order, meaning we don’t stock inventory like a giant warehouse. Each item is crafted just for you!
• Due to the nature of handmade and printed products, slight variations may occur—this is called character, not a defect.

B. Order Processing & Shipping

• Processing time is typically 1-5 business days, but during peak seasons (like when everyone suddenly remembers they need gifts), it may take a bit longer.
• Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping option you select at checkout.
• Once your order leaves our hands, it’s at the mercy of the shipping carrier. We don’t control their schedules (trust us, we wish we did).

C. Cancellations & Changes

• Since we start working on your order right away, cancellations or modifications are usually not possible.
• If you need a change, contact us immediately, and we’ll see if we can work some magic. No promises.

3. Returns & Exchanges

• All sales are final—no take-backs, refunds, or exchanges (unless your item arrives damaged or defective).
• If your order arrives damaged, send us an email with clear photos within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll work with you to fix it.
• Please double-check sizing charts before ordering. We are not responsible for items that don’t fit because you thought you were still a size from three years ago.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars ($USD).
• Payments are processed securely through our checkout system—your card details are as safe as an introvert avoiding a phone call.
• We reserve the right to update prices, add discounts, or charge extra if we suddenly decide our work is worth a million bucks (just kidding… or are we?).

• All designs, text, and images on this site belong to Slightly Non Social / Secure Trails LLC.

• Don’t steal, copy, or reproduce our work unless you enjoy legal trouble.

• We don’t sell your data, because that’s creepy, and we’re not in that business.
